Geotextiles
Polypropylene (PP) woven fabric is a fundamental material in geotextile production. Its robustness, permeability, and soil retention make it invaluable for erosion control, soil stabilization, and drainage in civil engineering and environmental projects.
From basic PP woven fabric to laminated polyethylene ones, we have them. These fabrics can even be laminated with kraft-paper to make packaging bags with better structures.
Summer Show Plastic Corporation offers a wide array of PE and PP woven fabric products.
Often, clients ask what is the best packaging solution for their goods. It really depends on the commodity. Ask yourself:
- Does the product need moisture protection?
- How about UV protection? If so, how many percent coverage?
- Would the product be poured out? This determines if the poly-woven bag needs an inner lining.
- What texture is the commodity? Powder, granules or do they come in bigger pieces?
- Are they gonna be shipped to plants for further processing or are they gonna go straight onto shop shelves for end consumers? The finishing of the bags matters; you will want a prettier packaging if they are doing directly to end consumers.
- Would you want to play a part in recycling? If so, perhaps the laminates in your woven fabric will have to match the type of polymer used to make the fabric.
- Need the fabric to come in color? What colors?
- Do you need printing on the fabric?
- What is your estimated order quantity per month?
All these help us determine a suitable woven material and a basic price plan for you.
